Under some state privacy laws this activity is treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as a “sale”, even though no money changes hands for your information. We treat it that way and give you the ability to opt out.

To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer, set a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or email support@ecomdegreeuniversity.com with the subject line “opt out”. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island have these rights by statute, and residents of other states acquire them as those statutes take effect. We apply them to everyone regardless.

We do not collect, capture, store or use biometric identifiers as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, or comparable law. Call and session recordings are records of a meeting and are not used for voiceprint, faceprint or other biometric identification.
