1. WHAT THE WORKSHOP IS

Ecom Degree LLC, doing business as Ecom Degree University, offers a free online workshop. Registration is free and no purchase is necessary to attend or to receive any material described as free.

The workshop is educational. It describes an approach to online selling and it also presents our paid programs. It is, in part, a sales presentation, and you should treat it as one.

2. FORMAT AND SCHEDULING

We describe the format accurately and you should rely on that description. Where a session is described as live, a presenter is present and presenting in real time. Where a session is a recording, or a recording with a host present in the chat, we say so on the registration page and at the start of the session.

Scheduled times, dates and any displayed countdown reflect the actual next session. Where a session recurs on a schedule, the registration page says so. We do not represent a session as filling up, as nearly full, or as closing, unless capacity is genuinely limited and the statement is accurate at the time it is shown.

3. FREE MATERIALS

Any resource described as free is free, is not conditioned on a purchase, and is provided whether or not you buy anything. Where a free resource is conditioned on attending, that condition is stated before you register.

4. RECORDING OF THE SESSION

We record workshop sessions, including the chat. Attendees may be identified in the chat by the name they enter. If you do not want to be recorded, attend without entering identifying information in the chat and keep your camera and microphone off, or watch a replay instead.

Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are stored, who can access them and how long we keep them, and how to request a copy or deletion. Requests go to support@ecomdegreeuniversity.com.

5. WHAT WE WILL CONTACT YOU ABOUT

When you register we will send you the access link, reminders, and follow-up about the workshop and our programs, by email and by telephone. We will send text messages only if you separately gave prior express written consent, and that consent is never a condition of registering or of purchasing. You can stop any of it at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us.

6. NO EARNINGS GUARANTEE

NOTHING PRESENTED IN THE WORKSHOP IS A GUARANTEE, PROMISE OR PROJECTION OF INCOME, PROFIT OR RESULT. FIGURES AND STORIES PRESENTED ARE INDIVIDUAL RESULTS, ARE NOT TYPICAL, AND ARE NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT. OUR EARNINGS, RESULTS AND TESTIMONIAL DISCLAIMER APPLIES IN FULL TO THE WORKSHOP AND TO EVERY STATEMENT MADE IN IT.

7. OFFERS MADE DURING THE WORKSHOP

Any offer presented during the workshop is subject to our Terms of Service, Refund and Cancellation Policy, End User License Agreement and enrollment agreement. Those documents are available before you buy and they govern the purchase.

No statement made during the workshop, on a call, or in a chat message changes those documents. If you were told something that conflicts with them, write to support@ecomdegreeuniversity.com with the subject line “policy discrepancy”. We will review the record of that conversation, tell you what we find, and where you were given terms more favorable than the written documents we will honor the terms you were actually given.

8. CONDUCT

Treat the presenter and other attendees with respect. We may remove an attendee who is abusive, who solicits other attendees, or who disrupts the session.

9. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

We may reschedule, change the format of, or cancel a session. Where we do, we will tell registrants by email and offer an alternative session or a replay.
